Stuffing

One of my most favorite things to have for Thanksgiving is stuffing but not just any stuffing, it has to be the way my mom makes it. Mind you this isn’t some spectacular recipe, it’s so simple yet so delicious.

This recipe uses a boxed stuffing mix. I used this one here, so the ingredients are not complicated at all, but when it all comes together it’s so good. The addition of the ground beef takes this stuffing to another level. If you’re not a big stuffing lover try this recipe, I have definitely changed some minds with this one here. Next year I will work on a “from scratch” stuffing recipe for you guys.

This stuffing goes well with turkey of course, Soufle Mayi (corn soufflé), diri djon djon (black mushroom rice), cranberry sauce etc etc. It just goes well in the Thanksgiving menu. Give this a try and let me know what you think!! Watch me make stuffing here:

Step 3 says to add the barbecue sauce? Please reread and edit your recipe.
