2 boxes of Turkey Stove Top Stuffing | |
1 lbs ground beef 80/20 | |
½ cup onions, diced | |
½ cup bell peppers, diced | |
2-3 garlic cloves, minced | |
1-2 carrots, peeled and diced | |
1-2 celery stalks, diced | |
1 tsp garlic powder | |
1 teaspoon onion powder | |
1 ⅛ teaspoon salt | |
½ teaspoon smoked paprika | |
½ teaspoon black pepper | |
1 stick of unsalted butter |
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees

In a medium-sized pot on medium to high heat add ground beef, cook, and break the meat down. Once the meat is halfway cooked, add onions, peppers, garlic, carrots, celery, onion, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and mix well until the meat is cooked thoroughly. Set aside.

To the same pot add 3 cups of water and butter, allow it to come to a boil then add the two packs of stuffing and mix until all liquid is gone (cook according to package directions). Lower heat then add the meat back into the pot, making sure to thoroughly combine.

Add stuffing mixture to a 9 inch buttered dish and bake for 30 minutes, serve hot and enjoy!
