½ of a ripe papaya, peeled, cubed and frozen | |
½ cup sugar | |
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk | |
½ cup cold water | |
½ teaspoon vanilla extract | |
½ teaspoon almond extract | |
Pinch of salt | |
Pinch of nutmeg |
Directions
1.
Peel papaya, slice in half length wise, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Add to a freezer storage bag and freeze for about 1-2 hours.
Mark as complete

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
