Haitian Mango Juice

I love Haitian mangoes, I love mangoes 🥭 period but Haitian is my favorite. I’ve made smoothies with them, juice, popsicles and I’ve enjoyed them all.

This juice is simple to recreate, simple ingredients and oh so delicious 🤤🤤 You can make this with any kind of mangoes but if you can find the Haitian mango (Francis) you will not regret it.

I tried my best to not add sugar to this juice but it needed it. I first started by adding some agave but it wasn’t enough; next time I make this I will be sure to have more agave syrup on hand. The amount of sugar that was added wasn’t enough to spike someone’s blood sugar levels, so don’t worry about that.

This juice was so satisfying and it made me think, self, you should make popsicles with this. I’ve had this popsicle mold for several years now and I’ve only used it like 3 times so I had to change that. This juice made great popsicles, hope you try them!!

This is the popsicle mold I used!
