3 ripe Haitian mangoes peeled, core removed | |
Juice of 2 limes | |
2 teaspoons Noyau (almond extract) | |
¼ to ½ cup of sugar (sugar to taste) |
Directions
1.
Blend mango along with 1 cup of water, using a sieve, strain the juice to remove any pulp.
Mark as complete

Pour strained juice into a pitcher followed by 4 cups of water, lime juice, sugar and almond extract, stir to combine all ingredients together.
Mark as complete

Pour into a glass over ice or pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a cool treat. Enjoy!
