1 (16 oz) box of spaghetti | |
2-3 hotdogs | |
1 cup sliced onions | |
1/2 - 1 cup sliced bell peppers | |
2-3 cloves garlic, sliced | |
2 sprigs thyme | |
1 bouillon cube | |
1/3 cup olive oil | |
1/4 cup epis | |
1/4 cup tomato paste | |
1/4 cup pikliz | |
1/2 tablespoon salt (salt to taste) | |
1 teaspoon salt-free blended herbs | |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder | |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder | |
1/4 teaspoon clove powder | |
1 cup pasta water (set aside after boiling spaghetti) |
Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked set 1 cup of the liquid aside for later use. Drain your pasta.

On a medium to high flame add oil to sauté pan followed by hotdogs sautee for 3-5 minutes. Add epis, onions, bell peppers, and cook until veggies are soft. Add garlic, bouillon cube, and continue mixing, make sure to break the bouillon cube down ensuring it gets mixed in well.

Add tomato paste and mix well. Add water that was set aside earlier along with thyme, dry spices, pikliz juice, and mix. Add spaghetti and mix well, you can add some hot sauce to give it extra spice. Serve hot and enjoy!
