Sooooooo Corn Soufflé we finally meet, I fell in love with you in 2015 after having you for what I think was the first time (Ionno, LOL) insert shrugs emoji. For some reason as much as I loved it I didn’t try to make it and I couldn’t ask my mom cause she never made this for us.

I watched so many videos titled corn soufflé and corn pudding, like I mean tons of videos! I finally narrowed it down on how I wanted to recreate this with the ingredients above. In case you’re wondering I used this cornbread/muffin mix here. The first time I made this in practice I used 1 stick of butter and that was too much so I reduced it to 6 tablespoons and that was perfect.

Manie, I want to try your Corn Souffle. Yet here at your site, under “Corn Souffle” I do not find the measurements for ingredients 🙁 I watched the video; which does not give measurements…

I’m telling you trying to get recipes from islanders & Africans is as hard as pulling teeth. These people will go to the grave with their recipes. That’s why they’ll never have great success in culinary like the Americans, Europeans, Asians, and Middle Easterners. They think everyone is out to steal their recipes.
