My Favorite Fruits of the Summer
I love fruit; I love making smoothies with them but most of all I love to eat them. I have been eating seeded red grapes a lot lately, I know a lot of people will get the ones without but I like to make sure that my fruit isn’t Genetically Modified (GMO) LOL. Speaking of GMO’s I love Watermelon but I haven’t found any with the black seeds in them so that is a fruit I won’t indulge in for the time being (unfortunately for me, sigh). Aside from grapes I’ve also been eating a lot of Cantaloupe, Kiwi, Apple, Grapefruit, and Mango (you guys know how much I love my mango, check a few blog posts ago to see my ode to mango). Back to cantaloupe, I can eat a nice medium-sized cantaloupe in one sitting all by myself, I don’t mean to be selfish but I don’t like to share certain foods (shrugs). I am about to embark on a fruit detox for health reasons and I feel confident that I will be able to only eat fruit and feel satisfied as far as feeling full. What fruits have you guys been partial to this summer, have you ever done a fruit detox before, if yes how was it?
