Home Fries

20-30 minutes

medium

serves 3-4

Whenever I go get breakfast at a “chicken spot” most people will know what a chicken spot is but in case you don’t it’s a restaurant that sells fried chicken, pizza, burgers, fries, etc. Some popular names for them are either a Kennedy Fried Chicken, Crown Fried Chicken, Texas Chicken, and Burgers. Whenever I get breakfast from them I love to order home fries with whatever breakfast I get be it pancakes or eggs with turkey bacon or sausage. I love home fries and although they don’t need any condiments on them I love ketchup so I drown mine in ketchup.

The ingredients are pretty simple as you see here. I cooked mine in a nonstick pot but I have made these in a cast-iron skillet as well and it came out crispier which was also good. Next time I make these I’ll most likely do it in the cast iron.

I hope you guys try this recipe, it’s sooooo good you won’t regret it! Watch me make Home fries here:
