Spaghetti for Breakfast?

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

People would think I’m lying if I told them that I ate spaghetti for breakfast several times while I was in Haiti. It didn’t matter if I was staying with family or at a resort or hotel, Spaghetti was always on the breakfast menu. Those delicious/evil carbs mixed with aranso (smoked herring), ham, sausage or hot dogs with the boiled eggs on the side is TO DIE FOR. But isn’t spaghetti considered lunch or dinner food, you may ask? My answer to you is this, yes it is lunch and dinner food but also breakfast in Haiti, which to me is the best thing ever. You don’t have to put much thought into your meals, I can’t tell you really why it works, but it makes sense to Haitians so that’s what it is. To my Haitians and Non-Haitians, have you had spaghetti for breakfast with boiled eggs on the side, did you feel weird about it? I would love to hear your thoughts, Let’s Talk!!
