2 packs (8oz) cream cheese, softened | |
1 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened | |
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract | |
2 cups confectioner’s (powdered) sugar |
Directions
1.
In a medium bowl, using a hand held mixer, mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla together until smooth.
Mark as complete

Add vanilla and continue to mix using the mixer.
Mark as complete

Add powdered sugar a little at a time until smooth and well combined.
Mark as complete
4.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and use on carrot, cheesecake etc.
